The Process 

Price Point - Wedding Invitation Suites begin at $1800 for 100. 

Includes:

  • Invitation and envelope with return address

  • Guest Addressing

  • RSVP Card and Return Envelope

  • Detail Card

Pre-Meeting

Please send over any inspiration pictures of invitation suites that represent the your vision and style of your wedding and or your Pinterest board. Include wedding colors and attire. Is your wedding; Black Tie, Summer Formal, Dressy Casual, Lakeside, Ocean Front, Mountainside, Bursts of Florals.

Appointment 

At your appointment we will view and touch samples of cardstock and sizes of invitations as well as colors of cardstock, ink samples, fonts, motifs and embellishment for your invitations.  Consultation will include a conversation regarding your esthetic, color of your wedding, components needed for your wedding suite and if you would be needing day of stationery.

After your appointment you will be sent pricing, once the pricing is approved we move onto the wording.  The invitation link has different layouts of how you would like your invitation to read.  Once a digital proof is produced, cancellation of the order prior to printing is $175.00,  Proofs are provided digitally only.

Components of your Wedding Suite and Wording:

Once we have the basic information we will guide you along with the proper wording.

Moving forward with your invitation suite, information needed:

  • Invitation - who is hosting, time, day, date, place, city and state - 

    • Couples full name - first,  middle and last

  • return address on back flap of envelope - need address

  • wedding weekend | detail card - information regarding events of the weekend that ALL guests are invited to attend.  Transportation information and wedding website listed. Need places, times, dates

  • rsvp card  - meal choices, if you have not had your tasting, no worries  -  

  • ____beef   ____fish ____vegetarian

    • RSVP for accommodations, transportation other weekend activities and food allergies.

  • front of rsvp envelope - name of the person(s) and address receiving the rsvp cards - The person who will keep track of the guest/food count

  • reception card - if your reception is taking place in a different location then your wedding ceremony please provide the venue, time, address.  If you are having a wedding weekend card, this is included rather than another separate card.

Addressing, Spreadsheet (format below)

  1. do not skip lines

  2. spell out States, Unit, Apartment, Drive, Street, Avenue etc.

  3. add in a “fake” address for your photographer to shoot for your flat lay
